If you're not a jerk you can probably get away with using these private business parking lots to capture some shots of arrivals for John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK/KJFK) Runway 31R. But remember that they're private property, so maybe buy some food while you're there and leave if an employee runs you off.
The main options are Burger King/Costco and Panera/Bed Bath & Beyond.
